124 – Radio Star

I’m not going to pretend that we had a plan going into this one, because it’s obvious we didn’t. In fact the only prep we did was to discuss what we should talk about . . . while recording the episode itself. It’s why we’re both professional podcasters AND improvisors. Double threat if ever there was one.

Now that shouldn’t give you the impression that this isn’t a great one. Something amazing can happen when you let a conversation just go where it wants, and in this case it lead us to covering a topic I never thought of. Old time radio shows and how you should check them out, how they influenced us, and how they still hold up in many ways. Who saw that coming?

Thanks for listening and don’t forget to give lots of money to our top secret donation page!

I’ll be honest, I’m too tired to write anything here.
I think this episode came out pretty well, considering we didn’t really have a topic going into it. I mean, it doesn’t matter what the individual eps are about, right? It’s about the conversational journey we all go on together.
At any rate, I hope you all had a nice February. See you in two weeks!
