029 – Gaming Brotherhood

I play the highest rated Triple A and Indie video game campaigns released each year through to completion. I only challenge myself with Normal or higher difficulty levels and can hold my own in almost any competitive multiplayer match. I have several modern consoles and started playing games before the NES. I take in gaming web sites and shows on a daily basis which leaves me with an extensive knowledge on the subject. I am for all intents and purposes a Hardcore Gamer.

I play the most popular iOS Mobile, Xbox Live and PSN games. I have yet to purchase an Xbox One or Playstation 4. The time it takes to play all of these titles, means that I’m usually a year or two behind everyone else in getting to them. I’m inconsistent in every multiplayer match that I play, bouncing from best to worst and settling on what is probably average. I haven’t owned a Nintendo system since the Gamecube. Rarely do I find every collectable or complete 100% of everything. I am for all intents and purposes a casual gamer.

My point is that we’re all just people that play games. We don’t need to separate ourselves into different groups because it’s truly impossible to do so. Video games are more mainstream than ever, and an increasing amount of people are discovering the rich experiences that they offer every year. I think I even heard that playing them makes you more attractive to a potential mate. I remember because it was in an article I found that is pretty obscure and impossible to find. Seriously don’t even bother looking.

This episode is about a few gaming gems that you might have missed. It’s also in that spirit that we’re giving a few of them away for free. Have a listen and grab A FREE XBOX LIVE ARCADE GAME on us. First to use a given code gets the free download!

Welcome, friends. I hope this episode finds you in continued good health, and if it doesn’t – if you are, for any reason not well, or just under the weather, well I hope this episode will soothe your pains. I hope you find it an oily, aural tincture that seeps into your pores, restoring and revitalizing your very essence.

And if that doesn’t work, I recommend a Twisted Tea, straight from the icebox – cold and crisp. Mmmm… That hits the spot.

See you next time!

-Justin

I absolutely love Tiny Thief. One of my favorite games. I played on Steam, which you guys really should log into every now and then 😛 You might even like the upcoming Steam Machines. Also you should check out Finding Teddy.
